DIY Elastic Cuffed Jeans

Denim, denim, denim and more denim <3

Stuff you need:
Loose pair of jeans
Elastic
Sewing machine
Chalk

1. To begin lay down your jeans.

2. Next, you need to draw 3 lines with a piece of chalk. The first line (the middle line) is the length of your result. Then draw one line 3 cm above and one 4 cm below.

3. Cut off all of the fabric below the third line.

4. Then fold the fabric inwards on the second line and pin. Sew around the cuff on the first line. Leave about 4 cm between the start and finish when you sew.

5. To measure how much elastic you need, find out the circumference of the thickest part of your calf. Subtract 1.5 cm from that number and cut the elastic. Attach a safety pin to the elastic and thread it through the cuff. Once it is fully through sew the beginning end together. After that, finish sewing the gap in the cuff.

DIY Jennifer Behr Inspired Ball Chain Head Wrap

As soon as I saw this head wrap I fell in love with every thing about it, how chic it is, the elegance, the style and all the rest... except its price. So I decided to do a DIY.

Stuff you need:
Fabric (I used green silk)
String of beads
Needle and thread

1. Begin by cutting two strips of your fabric. Each should be 30 cm in length and 4 cm in width. Fold them in half length wise and sew down the length near the raw edge.

2. Then turn both the strips inside out.

3. Next, on one side of each strip turn the raw edge inwards and pin.

4. Then sew in place.

5. After that measure around your head and subtract 5 cm from the number. Cut your string of beads to that length.

6. Now take one strip of fabric and put a single bead from an end of the beaded string into the open end of the fabric strip. Using the needle and thread sew in place.

7. It should end up looking like this.

8. Then tie a ribbon.

DIY Golden Beaded Bangle

So, I began this project thinking I would be making a headband... But somehow I took a complete detour and it turned out as this:
Stuff you need:
Wire
6-8 beads of your choice
Yarn
Glue
Needle-nose pliers

1. Begin by cutting your preferred length of wire that fits around your wrist and place it in a bowl of warm-hot water. This way it will be easier for you to shape the bracelet with a pair of needle-nose pliers.

2. Then put the wire through the beads. Make sure that at least 1 bead has gone through both wire ends so that the circle is held in place.

2. Next, take your yarn and knot it next to the bead that is on both wire ends.

3. Take some glue and rub it along the wire. Knot the yarn when you get a little less than a quarter of the way through the circular wire. Cut the yarn and repeat three more times.
